Kamboura - beta

This poster mocking the case of the coming Egyptian parliamentary elections, and we think in pasting this with small numbers on the walls of the streets. And we will start this in (Alexandria).

(Kambourah) is a character of fiction with all the real qualities existing in any of the candidates for the elections, and it's a graphical character of the idea of the great writer : Ahmed Rajab and the famous cartoonist : Mustafa Hussein. This character and other characters were shown in a series of caricatures in ( Al-Akhbar ) newspaper in the late eighties.
These figures have attracted admiration of many people, until it became a symbol of cynicism on the practices of governments and officials. And graphics that have been converted to a popular television series in the early nineties entitled (Nas we nas - ناس و ناس).

The idea of this poster isn't new, but it's a revival of this fantasy, which is achieved day after day over the 30 years and to this day !

Cairo : The Eggs in one basket .

Every city in the world contain contradictions, there is no utopia as a term given to itfrom, because on the ground there is nothing complete - only God is perfect -But the question, what is the size of these contradictions ?! .

Cairo is a world of contradictions, the city that follows Newton's law "For every action a reaction, an equal and counter him in the direction." It's a mechanic city that its contains are : Humans, Housing, Food and Clothing trade of all levels. Is the infrastructure is a vast amount of contradictory terms that formed the language we speak ?!, Or different styles of architecture which formed the face ?!, Or the large amount of various food factories, whether industrial food or natural food ?! .. How Cairo is formed ?!.

This poster is not a response to those questions, but in itself: a Question ! .. Rapid development and frequent contradictions are two of the reasons that make the whole eggs in one basket .. Countryside gradually disappears, and Reconstruction of the desert is also gradually .. And Cairo remains as a basket of paradoxes.
